EP PerMed Training on Scientific Integrity

Framed in the EP PerMed strategy to support the research community on Ethical Legal and Social Aspects (ELSA) of personalised medicine, this training action explored critical issues related to scientific integrity in personalised medicine related research, including:

  • the most significant guidelines of the European Code of Conduct;
  • the key principles of research integrity;
  • the crucial procedures of good research practice;
  • the ethical way of disseminating, communicating & exploiting the research results;
  • the Ethics Compliance under Horizon Europe.

The workshop featured presentations from leading experts in the field of scientific integrity, followed by the pedagogical analysis of practical cases, and interactive discussions with trainees.

Highlights:

  • Target audience: the workshop was mainly designed for the scientific community in personalised medicine applying to EP PerMed funding or other funding opportunities.
  • Participants: 4 trainers | 30 trainees.
  • Global reach: participants from 16 different countries from Europe, Africa, and Central America.
